PT MRT Jakarta - PT Transportation Jakarta signed a capital injection to PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta, which is the second new subsidiary of the Jakarta Provincial Government's BUMD.
PT Intergrasi Transportasi Jakarta is a collaborative subsidiary of PT MRT Jakarta and PT Transportation Jakarta which was formed to manage transit-oriented areas and opportunities for increased intensity (KLB)
Its signing took place at the Lebak Bulus MRT Depo by PT MRT Jakarta Managing Director William Sabandar and PT Transjakarta Managing Director Sardjono Jhony Tjitrokusumo.
"PT Intergrasi Transportasi Jakarta is a collaborative subsidiary of PT MRT Jakarta and PT Transportation Jakarta which was formed to manage transit-oriented areas and opportunities for increased intensity (KLB) as a form of incentive in the development of the TOD Area through planning carried out by area managers along the Jakarta MRT corridor," expressed PT MRT Director, Tuesday (10/6).
MRT Jakarta Encourages Collaboration with MSMEsThe shares of the subsidiary were 90 percent owned by PT MRT Jakarta and 10 percent by PT Transportation Jakarta.
He hoped that it could become a manifestation of one of MRT Jakarta's main mandates, namely building and maintaining the area.
"PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta is going to validate the application for KLB exceedance, feasibility analysis and due diligence examination of the application for KLB exceedance application from the developer," he said.
The composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Intintegrations Transit Jakarta is as follows.
1. Muhamad Kamaluddin as Commissioner of the Company
2. Agus Himawan as President Director
3. Aidin Barlean as Director of the Company and
4. Mochammad Hasan as Director of the Company.
